This seems to be Purley commercial app, for whatever you click, eg changing the soorah you're reading or whatever else you click on, and add will pop up (sometimes two). You'll even struggle to find the X to close it. Secondly I found the font is too small, and you can't pinch the screen to enlarge it. I couldn't even find a setting to change the font size.

The Application is very good
